Target total and amount charged are different
The target total is the active 72-hour score the buyer wants the destination to have after payment. The amount charged now is the additional contribution required to reach that target at confirmation time.
For example, if a listing has RM26 active and the confirmed target is RM125, the normal additional charge is RM99. Entering or refreshing a URL must not silently replace the buyer's higher target with the minimum competitive amount.
Why the confirmation step matters
The board moves. Another payment can raise a competing score and an older contribution can expire. DISIAR re-quotes immediately before checkout and shows the current score, target score, projected position and exact Stripe charge together.
Stripe applies a minimum charge. When the amount needed for a top-up is below RM2, the buyer must choose a target that produces a valid charge rather than receiving a misleading checkout.
What payment does and does not buy
Payment creates a sponsored public placement and a timed contribution to ranking. It does not buy ownership of the destination, editorial endorsement, permanent rank, guaranteed clicks or conversion results.
The permanent record, board browsing and public measurement prevent a smaller listing from disappearing merely because it is outside Live 5.
