Choose an amount. Stripe confirms the payment. Live 5 recalculates immediately. There is no hidden defence window.
An authorised person can add a reachable public link to Boards at RM0. An existing listing can be topped up from Stripe's RM2 minimum charge. Active scores below RM5 stay in Boards and do not enter Live 5. At RM5 or more, the listing becomes eligible for Live 5 according to the current ranking. The highest target moves with competition, up to RM100 above current #1 and an overall RM100,000 score safety limit.
A free submission creates a Boards listing and public card without creating a payment. The submitter must own the link or have permission to list it. Duplicate URLs resolve to the existing listing. Automated spam, misleading ownership claims and repeated submissions may be blocked. Owners can request corrections or removal, and DISIAR may require proof of domain control or authority.
Every confirmed payment adds its actual charge as an independent score contribution for exactly 72 hours from confirmation. Only listings with at least RM5 active score can enter Live 5; RM0 to RM4 listings stay discoverable in Boards. A top-up is a new 72-hour contribution and does not extend earlier payments. It does not buy a fixed rank, traffic, clicks, customers, sales, SEO or AI citations.
Ranking changes when Stripe confirms payment. A 30-minute checkout reservation does not lock a rank or the surrounding scores. Concurrent payments can change the final position. Equal scores are ordered by the website that reached the score first.
Each contribution expires independently 72 hours after its payment is confirmed. When one contribution expires, only that amount leaves the Live 5 score; any other active contributions remain. The card, non-reversed spend and clicks remain on the all-time board.
Anyone may place a new bid for the exact URL already listed, but that bid cannot change the listing URL, category or metadata. Changes, owner objections and takedown requests go through support and may require proof of domain control or authority.
A website or social profile must be legitimate, public and reachable over HTTPS. Malware, scams, phishing, impersonation, illegal or adult content, deceptive redirects, rights infringement and unlicensed regulated offers are prohibited. DISIAR may hold, review or remove risky listings.
Placement payments are final except where applicable law requires a remedy or DISIAR confirms a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or failure to supply the placement. Being outranked, score expiry after 72 hours, traffic or conversion results, category choice, limited downtime, and removal for a rule breach are not refund reasons. A full or partial refund removes the whole score contribution, while public revenue keeps only the unrefunded amount. An open dispute suspends the score. If Stripe closes it as won or warning closed, the original score returns only when it has not expired and no refund occurred. A lost dispute stays excluded.
The Stats page publishes verified placement revenue after refunds, retained paid placement and destination counts, recent public placement activity, aggregate GoatCounter visits and DISIAR's own listing metrics. Open and lost disputes are excluded. Full refunds are excluded. Partial refunds retain only the unrefunded amount and are clearly marked in the permanent record. One retained payment or top up counts as one paid placement, not one unique buyer. Nothing is installed on listed websites, so DISIAR does not claim their conversions or sales.
Public RSS, JSON Feed, listing data, Live 5, verified event receipts and report downloads expose public fields only. Reuse must keep the paid placement disclosure clear, identify DISIAR as the source, link to the public record where practical and must not imply endorsement or ownership. Automated clients must respect published caching, reasonable rate limits and service availability.
