DISIAR provides public listings with optional paid, time-limited visibility. It is not an independent rating, endorsement, investment or promise of business results.
When adding a link or continuing to Stripe checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18, accept the displayed version of these Terms, the Rules and Privacy Notice, and have authority to submit the destination and its public metadata. For checkout, you also confirm that you are authorised to make the payment. DISIAR stores the document version and server acceptance time with each submission or checkout record.
An authorised person may submit one reachable public HTTPS destination to Boards at RM0. A free listing receives no Live 5 position. DISIAR may merge duplicates, correct metadata, reject automated or misleading submissions, and suspend a destination following a valid complaint or safety review. Submitting another party's destination without authority is prohibited.
Service starts only when a valid Stripe webhook confirms the exact MYR amount and matching Checkout Session. Each confirmed charge becomes an independent score contribution for 72 hours from confirmation; a top-up does not extend earlier contributions. When one contribution expires, only that amount leaves the live score. The card and all-time record remain unless removed under these Terms. Rank is dynamic and can change when other payments arrive or contributions expire.
The target, current score, actual charge and projected place are shown before checkout. For an active URL, the charge is the difference between the target and active score when the Stripe Session is created; if that score changes first, you must review it again. After the Session is created, each paid charge still becomes its own 72-hour contribution, but an older contribution may expire during checkout and the final rank is not guaranteed. Metadata corrections after payment require support and do not change the charge or contribution expiry.
DISIAR acknowledges the order through the Stripe return screen and checkout email where available. Only DISIAR server records and Stripe determine whether payment succeeded. Screenshots, browser redirects or altered receipts do not activate ranking.
A paid placement starts immediately and is normally final. DISIAR does not offer a voluntary refund because a listing is outranked, its 72 hour score expires, it receives fewer clicks or conversions than expected, its category is disliked, the service has limited downtime, or the listing is removed for breaking the rules. This does not restrict rights that applicable law makes mandatory. DISIAR may also correct a confirmed duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or failure to supply the paid placement. Any full or partial refund removes the whole score contribution. Verified revenue shows only the amount retained after a refund. An open chargeback suspends the score while Stripe reviews it. A won or warning closed dispute restores the original score only if it has not expired and no refund occurred. A lost dispute remains excluded. Requests must include the Checkout ID or Stripe receipt.
A confirmed score top-up affects ranking and must not be understood as an independent review, quality score or endorsement. DISIAR may request identity, domain or account control, licence or authority evidence; hold activation; correct false information; and suspend or remove a listing. Rights holders and consumers may complain through the operator email.
New referral creation and attribution are closed under this version. Rewards already recorded under an earlier accepted version retain their recorded amount and claim terms unless the source payment is refunded, disputed or ineligible. Existing recovery credentials remain required to access a legacy claim. This clause preserves existing liabilities and does not reopen referral earning for new payments.
Paid revenue, placements, views, clicks, online counts and past ranks are descriptive records, not profit or guarantees. DISIAR does not guarantee traffic, conversions, sales, profit, SEO, AI visibility, uninterrupted availability or any position.
DISIAR grants a limited, revocable permission to display the public feed, dataset, verified event receipt, report, embed and badge as delivered for lawful discovery and attribution. Users must retain the paid placement disclosure, identify DISIAR as the source, link to the public record where practical, respect caching and rate limits, and must not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership. This permission does not grant rights in a listed party's name, logo, screenshot, content or trademark beyond what law and that rights holder permit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that Malaysian law does not permit to be excluded. Subject to those rights, liability for one placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement. Malaysian law governs these Terms and disputes should first be sent to the operator for resolution.
