DISIAR sells a public paid listing with time-limited live visibility. It is not an independent rating, endorsement, investment or promise of business results.
By ticking the agreement checkbox before checkout and continuing to Stripe payment, you confirm that you are at least 18, are authorized to make the payment, and accept the displayed version of these Terms, the Rules and Privacy Notice. DISIAR stores the document version and server acceptance time with the checkout record. If you supply metadata or claim ownership, you also confirm that the information is accurate and you have the required authority.
Service starts only when a valid Stripe webhook confirms the exact MYR amount and matching Checkout Session. Each confirmed charge becomes an independent score contribution for 72 hours from confirmation; a top-up does not extend earlier contributions. When one contribution expires, only that amount leaves the live score. The card and all-time record remain unless removed under these Terms. Rank is dynamic and can change when other payments arrive or contributions expire.
The target, current score, actual charge and projected place are shown before checkout. For an active URL, the charge is the difference between the target and active score when the Stripe Session is created; if that score changes first, you must review it again. After the Session is created, each paid charge still becomes its own 72-hour contribution, but an older contribution may expire during checkout and the final rank is not guaranteed. Metadata corrections after payment require support and do not change the charge or contribution expiry.
DISIAR acknowledges the order through the Stripe return screen and checkout email where available. Only DISIAR server records and Stripe determine whether payment succeeded. Screenshots, browser redirects or altered receipts do not activate ranking.
Digital placement begins immediately after confirmation. Refunds remain subject to mandatory law, duplicate charges, an incorrect amount or DISIAR's failure to supply the placement. A full or partial refund or dispute removes the whole contribution and related reward. Requests must be sent to the operator with the Checkout ID or Stripe receipt.
A website or social-profile listing is paid advertising and is labelled as sponsored or paid placement. DISIAR may request identity, domain or account control, licence or authority evidence; hold activation; correct false information; and suspend or remove a listing. Rights holders and consumers may complain through the operator email.
An eligible direct referral receives 20% of the actual charge, with no per-payment commission cap. Last-touch attribution lasts 90 days and the newest valid link replaces the earlier code for future payments. A referral account is controlled by its referral code plus recovery key, which the owner must keep secure. An eligible reward becomes available seven days after the original payment time. Payouts are reviewed and sent manually: Malaysian bank claims have a RM20 minimum and international Wise claims a RM100 minimum. DISIAR may request identity or destination evidence, review or hold a risky claim, reject manufactured transactions, and reverse or offset a reward if its source payment is later refunded or disputed. Third-party transfer or exchange fees may reduce a Wise recipient's proceeds, and referrers remain responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations. Future referral terms may change prospectively with a new displayed version, but rewards already recorded under an accepted version keep their recorded amount unless their source payment is reversed or the transaction was ineligible.
Views, clicks, CTR, online counts and past ranks are descriptive records, not guarantees. DISIAR does not guarantee traffic, conversions, sales, profit, SEO, AI visibility, uninterrupted availability or any position.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that Malaysian law does not permit to be excluded. Subject to those rights, liability for one placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement. Malaysian law governs these Terms and disputes should first be sent to the operator for resolution.
