Each confirmed charge contributes its exact amount for 72 hours and expires independently. A later top-up adds a new contribution without extending older money. Equal active totals are ordered by which destination reached that score first.
Commercial totals come from confirmed payment records. Outbound clicks pass integrity filters before they enter public totals. Listing names, descriptions and media are collected from public destination metadata, but DISIAR does not independently certify claims made by a listed website.
